Digital worlds and networks
Snook use technology to help you deliver better services, making innovation simpler and more accessible. The internet is a social phenomenon and is still in it’s infancy for service delivery. Snook focus on using technology to improve service delivery and engagement; how can people benefit from being online? how can public services use technology to address the challenges they face?
Snook understand how organisations can benefit from the intimacy and directness of social networks. We recently encouraged a public service organisation to implement Yammer, giving support along the way – they haven’t looked back since.
Snook enjoy designing services that help the public hold power to account. It’s one of the biggest shifts that have been a result of the government pushing for more transparency and we can help service providers get the very most out of it.
Snook are currently working closely with the Police to implement a service we designed to fundamentally change the way the public and the police communicate. MyPolice tackles the complexity of handling digital feedback, comments, complaints and suggestions.
